ARC Business Partners — Accounting-Reconciliation-Consulting — was built by two founders who were owner/operators of their own entrepreneurial, multi-unit business for 20 years. They know exactly what breaks down when the financial and operational sides aren't talking to each other.

Our Story

A New Chapter in St. Louis.

After doing “clean-up” bookwork for many contract clients on an “as needed” basis for the past 30+ years, we have decided to start a new company. Our company specializes in what we call “Bridge Bookkeeping” and as the Roman Empire proved, the most effective bridge is built with an ARC. ARC stands for Accounting-Reconciliation-Consulting. We are the bridge between your business and whomever does your taxes.

Michelle Jordan

Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist

Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Central Methodist University. A QuickBooks Online specialist with 30 years of QuickBooks experience, she has spent her career in the financial trenches of small and mid-size businesses — reconciling accounts, cleaning up years of backlogged books, and building the kind of organized financial systems that let CPAs do their best work. She understands both the owner's reality and the accountant's requirements, and she bridges that gap every day.

Chris Jordan

Marketing & Operations Expert

Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Marketing from Truman State University. He has built and scaled operations for independent businesses across multiple industries — from customer acquisition strategy to workflow systems that actually hold up under growth. His approach is practical, not theoretical: what works for a real business run by real people, not a case study.
